| Introduce quality improvement interventions including IRI supporting materials and assessment of student achievement and enrolment in CMSs; |
| Strengthen provincial education office management capabilities for monitoring, evaluation, student achievement and community participation in CMSs. |

Assessment reports reflect that the community is now betteraware of the importance of girls' education. |
